Default Need to install Avid Control App 2021.10 for iPad and not latest 2022.4
Is there somewhere on the Avid site I can download Avid control app 2021.10.1.8 installer for iPad and not the default 2022.4 that is now fetched from then Apple App Store. Many thanks

No. You can't roll back the apps.
What you are asking about is side-loading an older version and that's pretty much not allowed by any of the app stores unless you are part of the developer team.

Default Avid Control App Incompatible
Well my three iPad's which I use with my S1's and Dock have downloaded the latest version of the Control App and are now coming up as incompatible with EuCon.

What do I need to do to get back up and running?

The fix is to install the latest version of EuControl 2022.4 if your tablets have already updated. Turn off auto update on your tables.

Will EuControl 2022.4 run fine with Pro Tools 2021?

As you've experienced, it will work fine. However, you will not get some of the feature available until you update to Pro Tools 2022.4.

As always I appreciate your time in helping. Are there any gotchas I should look out for when upgrading to 2022.4? My interfaces are all UAD Apollo x6 and Satellites, large Waves and UAD plugin library...
