Hello,
I'm transferring a ProTools Ultimate license, I bought the ASC code, but the code didn't work. I opened a case 04539720 I was told to simply send the signed transfer form, I sent it, but since then no response and nothing has beent transfered. It is been more 10 days now, and the new user of this license is waiting. Via the case i already tried to have response two times since then, I do not know what to do. Thank you |
