Looking for some help please as a long term Pro Tools user with a new problem?
When I bounce to disk using the timeline selection, if I create a stereo WAV & an MP3, the WAV is the correct length & matches the timeline selection in the edit page, the MP3 though, is a couple of seconds shorter & the end of the bounce is truncated. I have this problem on a MacPro M1 Max with 32 GB RAM running the latest version of PT. I've replicated the problem on a M2 Macmini today but have never experienced this on older versions of PT on Intel Macs where the MP3 bounces are the expected & correct length. (These are podcasts usually around 50 - 60 mins in duration.) Anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes? I have completely uninstalled Pro Tools & reinstalled but this didn't fix the issue. Thanks. |

That's an odd one. Are you doing an online or offline bounce, and do you get the same results with both?
