pro tool 12.5 - collaboration tech questions

2 questions for AVID - tech

1) Can PT 12.5 collaborate with a media composer clients video - in real time or as a shared video track?

2) Can PT 12.5 sync-lock via. Time Code or perhaps Satalite with another pt. "project" on line?
