Default Big Problem using "Save Copy In"

Anyone know how to get around this problem? I'm trying to use "Save copy in..." and this error appears.

"Could not 14405 because Assertion in"/Volumes/Development/vb_protools_8.0_cpr_2/AlturaPorts/PT4_App/MacBuild/../PtSess/PtSess_XChg.cpp", line 1471.

I've got 7 hours into this session, and now I cannot move it.

Thanks

Mac Pro dual 3.2 quad core, 2gb, OSX 10.5.8, PT 8.0.1

trash the usual suspects, restart and try again...
meanwhile just drag and drop your folder on a different drive to make a copy.

Default Re: Big Problem using "Save Copy In"

Same problem here on a PCI-x dual 2.5 G5 with an external firewire boot drive running PT8.0 (no cs etc.) on 10.5.5. Also occurs on a macbook pro 2.2 running 7.3.1 PT LE on 10.4.(either 9 or 11) with mbox micro.
Each has the same error as described in this thread upon "Save a Copy" except that with the G5 the "line" number is 1466 and with the Macbook Pro it's 1269. Identical assertion errors on two different machines that regularly have databases and volumes trashed and preferences restored, permissions repaired (too regularly, but for many crashes it avoids a repeat crash).

Any clues to what this is?

Thanks

(PS. folder draggin not appropriate as the Save Copy as is being used to reduce session size to fit on a DVD when the audio files folder has tons of files comingled with other sessions that also started from one live show.)
