Default DAE Error -1115
We're getting this on one of our rigs starting today
a MDD G4, DP 1.25, 2 GB ram, OSX 10.4.9, PT 7.4cs5, HD4, 1 D192, 1 192, 2 888|24s, 1 Delta Link, 1 Sync I/O

it was fine on Friday but today it's being pissy on start up, after a restart it seems to work OK

the only thing I could find in Answerbace is for LE, namely 002s on XP

any thoughts, ideas, good drink recipes

I'm smelling trouble here! We got lots of these errors when our chassis was dying and I think it's pointing to some hardware issue, though of course sometimes software problems make a system throw a hardware based error.

no chassis in this setup

but now it's throwing SDI error -1115 and not launching Pro Tools

going to start systematic component removal trouble shooting

I'll post the results
