Default Where is my Strip Silence???

I was about to use the Strip Silence feature on my ProTools 32beta and the feature wasn't anywhere to be seen in the edit menu. I even opened my previoes version (5.2) and the same there...no Strip Silence but I did see it in the edit menu of PT Free that I have on CD....any help as to why it isn't there???
