Transfer of ownership => ASC

Hi Jeffro,

I'm trying to process a TOO, I bought an ASC code, but when I go to https://avid.secure.force.com/ASC and click on submit, nothing happen.

I opened a case and attached the TOO form filled out and sign by both parties and mentioned my ASC code #
