I have an ilok account and avid account tried both IE and Firefox. I am putting in the ilok user ID just really struggling, bet it would be simple fix for you guys.

Try chrome.

When I got my Eleven Rack a few years ago, that was the only browser that would work for me to register it.

If you have cookies or popup windows disabled in your browser, that could be the problem. Try enabling cookies and allowing popup windows temporarily to see if that helps.

As well as Benoni's suggestions and the link to the tutorial he posted.

ok i will give chrome a try fingers crossed leave it till tomorrow now tired and frustrated really need tis done for start of next week.

Graeme, no problem. There are lot of problems with iLok 2 and the ILM. I was told by pace support to try another browser besides IE... I think they said there was a known problem with IE.
