Avid Activation Broken - PLEASE FIX [fixed]

1) Entered Pro Tools HD Activation Code that came with my new HDX card
2) Entered in ilok USER ID
3) Entered correct version of HD upgrade
4) Press continue
5) Web Site Hangs ...
6) After about 5 minutes I get a Time Out error
Rinse and repeat always end up @ #6

What browser are you using? What OS?

Safari/Firefox Mac.
Firefox/Exploxer Windows

Nothing works - On windows the error is the same as Mac
I also have a new code for Reverb One that does not work either.
The code works but when you go to the page asking for the registration and ilok user id it just hangs then a time out error

Change the USB port. Do not use USB ports on the keyboard. Use IE on Windows or Safari on MAC. Download the latest iLok drivers from their site, install them and restart the computer.

For your browser, try Google Chrome on either Mac or Windows.

For Ilok, on Mac, I always use Safari, as it seems to work fine.

This is an issue all over my friend in Florida is having the exact same problem.
This is not an ilok.com problem
This is an Avid.com problem which is why I am posting here if this was an ilok issue I would be contacting ilok.com
and I am not going to pay for an Avid Support code to report an issue with the Avid Website. Yes I should get a free Support code but I CAN"T register the software therefore I don't have a ASC!

I have been seeing this issue since last night as well. All my ilok drivers etc are up to date but I do not think it is that since I get the error trying to download on two machines.
By the way, I am trying to download and activate Pro Tools 10 (non HD). Thanks all

You do not need a support code for registration/activation issues. Support for that is free. Just call the number and follow the prompts.

Sorry for the trouble here. We can confirm there are issues impacting activation. Solving this is a high priority for us and we'll reply back here when this is fixed.
