Default Rode NTK With Pro Tools LE 8.0.4

Im using mBox 2 Mini with PL 8.0.4 x64 in Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

I am woundering if anyone could help me out, the Rode NTK seems to be very quite even though the gain is up on the mBox 2 mini.

Thanks

So you get a signal.
Did you press phantom power (48V)?

That's correct. You don't need phantom power for that.

Are you getting a good level on the meter in that track in Protools?

Also, are you familiar with how to use the mix knob on the Mini?

It works even with/without phantom power but non of these change the volume. I only get a good volume when i put the mic gain up nearly all the way.

Do you have this problem with any other mic, or just the NTK?

If it happens with other mics, you have a problem with your MBox.

If it only happens with the NTK, you have a problem with your NTK.
