Error with Pro Tools Ultimate 1-Year Updates + Support Plan Renewal code

Hi Jeffro,

I've purchased a Pro Tools Ultimate 1-Year Updates + Support Plan Renewal code from a 3rd party vendor.

Unfortunately, when I try to redeem the code, I get the following error message:

Please enter redemption code to proceed.

I am within the 30 day grace period to renew the support plan.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated - thanks.
