Error with Pro Tools Ultimate 1-Year Updates + Support Plan Renewal code
Hi Jeffro,
I've purchased a Pro Tools Ultimate 1-Year Updates + Support Plan Renewal code from a 3rd party vendor. Unfortunately, when I try to redeem the code, I get the following error message: - - Customer notification: Please enter redemption code to proceed. - - I am within the 30 day grace period to renew the support plan. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated - thanks. Mike |

First contact Avid Support and then post your support case number here so if they are too slow to react jeffro can escalate it.
