Default Cuts are being created when importing AAF into Protools

Hi There,
Somewhere in the export out of Avid MC 2018.12 to import into
Pro Tools Ultimate 2021.7 cuts are being made in the aaf. The cuts are not in the original avid media but when importing into both Pro Tools and Resolve the cuts appear. I have a attached what it looks like in Avid and what it looks like in Protools.
Anyone to what causes this? It's not stopping the engineer from working but is a pain in the butt.

Looking forward to your answers!
