Is there a way to disable alert dialogs when opening Pro Tools?

Specifically this one when I don't have the midi keyboard connected:

The original MiDI device associated with the MIDI
controller "-Audio Keyboard'" could not be
located. Please choose an existing MIDI device
in the MIDI controller section of the peripherals
dialog.

When I open a session from Finder and Pro Tools opens to open the session, I am usually doing other stuff while the Pro Tools and the session loads up. I don't want to wait here until the app gets to the part where it shows this, just for me to click ok. Can I bypass these dialogs somehow?

Not that I'm aware.
The alert comes because some of the session's tracks have their inputs set to that device.
