Cant Open PT since update to Catalina

Hello all, so i now know that i screwed myself with this update. my mbox 3 mini is now obsolete but now i cant even get into protools. this is the message that pops up, it seems like its an ilok related issue.

Am i screwed here or is it because i have no functioning audio interface at the moment.

pt version is 11.3.1.370 i did see a compatibility page but the pro tools versions didnt match up with what i just listed.
