Default LOGIC 4.5 /DIGI 001 6031 error HELP?

DID ANYONE EVER GET THIS MESSAGE BEFORE?

I have the same error 6031.I tried to set the buffer size to 2 then it works.but midi and audio does´t sync.i think have to first play all the midi parts with buffer size 0.125 then record it all into audio and then turn to buffer size 2 does anybody know a different way?
