Edit/score window doesn't follow cursor?!?

Since I installed PT10 the edit (and score) windows has always been static and I have to scroll manually to se what is played. I have checked the After playback option in Options, Edit window Scrolling.

This is so annoying and I just don't understand why, is this a bug?
