bought two support plan upgrades - two licenses dumped to single ilok?

Hi all,

We purchased two support plan upgrades from PT9HD to PT10HD.

I went to ilok and saw one license. I plugged in one of our PT9HD iloks, surrendered the license and noticed that the ilok now had two PT10HD license.

Naturally I attempted to move the second PT10HD license to the another ilok but it won't let me. I feel like this is either a glitch or I am owed a second activation code.

Opened a ticket but just wondering if anyone had the same thing happened.

You would have selected which license(s) to place on the iLok.. did you select one or two?

Also, it's likely that you are looking at PT10 and PT10HD licenses. You should also see PT9HD. That is a single bundle.

It's impossible for two HD10 bundle licenses to be on the same iLok.
Or two regular PT10 licenses, or two of any identical licenses.

i just looked at it again and was clearly confused. it just appears to be for one license with PT10HD, PT9HD, PT10, and PT9 all bundled.
