DUY won't respond after purchase. SynthSpider 2.2.1 download for OS9 anyone?

Hello! I just purchased DUY's SynthSpider 2.2.1 for their 70% off end of year promo. Before I purchased, I wrote their sales department and was told that yes, they still sell SynthSpider for OS9. So, I purchased it. I recieved the iLok license and the OSX downloads, but they won't respond to me about an OS9 download. Maybe the OSX 2.2.1 download works on OS9 but it's a .DMG file, something that OS9 won't read. Since I have the iLok license, anyone have a download for the actual plugin? Or, anyone know how to get this? DUY won't respond to my messages about this. Thanks!

I guess it should work for both, I checked out the site and it only has one file for macintosh systems (both OS 9 and OS X).

Try to open the dmg. file in OS X, and just drag the plug in the OS 9 plugins folder, It should work.

I myself have had horrible luck getting any sort of reply from DUY, I just sold a 888/24 to someone in Spain, maybe he could send an email in Spanish to them?

Just for the record, I still think OS 9 is a great OS.

I opened the DMG file on an OSX machine and it only has the install files for OSX. The manual says that OS9 installers are available by request.

Does anyone have this file?

Yes, OS9 does the trick just fine. My money is best spent on touring not new gear. :)

I wrote to [email protected] and also threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company if I didn't get the download as promised. I got a response immediately, got the OS9 download, and all works well.
