Default music packages for music video shoots

I gotta' figure out how to prep a music package for music video shoots. I've to mix the music track to mono and send to the left channel. I then have to burn timcode into protools (@ 29.97fps) on the right channel. then convert the frame timecode and music from 29.97, frame rate, to 24 frames and also to 36 frames, while laying these tracks to multiple dats. does anyone know the mathmatical pull up and down ratios for these conversions, while maintaining some adequate pitch correction? PT 6.7 HD2/synch IO/control24/tons of decks and synch refs/mac dual1.8/2.5ram/OSX. any help is much appreciated. thanks.
