volume fades while recording via Reason Adapted
Has anyone come across this problem?
This is in regard to recording an audio track through use of a Reason Adapted soft synth, triggered by an M-Audio Radium keyboard controller. Monitored through headphones. While recording, at around 5-10 seconds the volume level in my headphones fades and becomes very soft. This reflects in what actually gets recorded because on playback, the same thing happens; volume drops after a few seconds in the audio clip. It's like I'm playing the keyboard and someone is turning the volume down on me. Only happens while recording. Any thoughts? Thanks! |

Re: volume fades while recording via Reason Adapte
Do you possibly have automation recorded on the track? Switch the track view to 'Volume' to check. If so, just delete the volume automation.

Re: volume fades while recording via Reason Adapte
Figured it out. It wasn't the volume, it was a panning automation issue. The pan was set to slowly fade hard right, and my ReWire output was configured as Left, thus the signal was going out of earshot.
Thanks. |
