Default I have all the midi tracks recorded...Now what?

I loaded a SMF into ProTools. Now all I need is it to sound...Could someone please give me instructions?
I did a search in the DUC and didn't really come up with anything useful...
Btw, I'm trying to get it to trigger the Quicktime synth so I can hear it...

Thanx in advance,
Rob

Um, not to sound like a smarta** but did you do a search in the manual yet? It also has occasionally useful information.
