how to update 888 24 i/o; Pro Control
Greetings.
My Pro Tools v 5.13 system with 888 24, 1622 i/o with Pro Control running on Mac G4 is locking up, even after repeated trashing of preferences, re-installing Pt.. (yes I know its old..) I realize I need to upgrade the computer and PT version but want to keep as much hardware as possible for cost savings. my question is: what PT version and mac computer will match my 888 audio cards and pro control? I realize there is no warranty if I buy used but I cannot afford to buy an new system and the pro control alone cost me $10K. Thank you
