Default DIGI 002 and Steinberg. Yes I\'m Serious.

Firstly, I know I probably get Lynched here . I used Nuendo in the past and all my old material are in Nuendo sessions so I need it to get them into ProTools. Besides The intergratablitity that is supposed to go along with the core audio drivers opens up my client base so please try to keep the posts to helpful and informative comments rather than a G5 / Steinberg bashing session.

Thanks

The Problem:

I'm having some serious problems getting my DIGI 002 to work with Nuendo. I get no signal input from either my laptop over ADAT nor my Keyboard over the line inputs within Nuendo 2.
When I go to ProTools all works as it should(exept for Firewire buzz ). It seems to be the core audio driver since I have all the propper I/O showing up. When I try to clock to the external ADAT signal the option is not present in the MultiTrack panel. MIDI seems to working fine with the routing and all but there is absolutely No audio input.

All of my software (DIGI Core Audio, Nuendo 2, OS X Panther) are all fully updated to the most current versions. So I'm stumped.

Anyone with any Ideas of what the problem might be or what I might try to fix this? Are there any Mac Users having success tracking to nuendo(or cubase sx for that matter) throught a DIGI 002 either analogue and/or ADAT?

Is the DIGI 002 or the core audio driver supposed to be compatible with Nuendo? Tested?

Anybody. . . Anybody at all?

help.

first I will say I don't know from experience only knowledge from the web
but I was researching because I was interested in cubase with my 001 ( or logic but....)
and I recall people saying you can not use the midi and the audio at the same time one must be disabled
I read on the cubase site you might want to search there because there's more dicussion of pro tools and stienberg over there . I don't know if this helps but I hope so good luck
