New Carbon- Extend existing Ultimate Perpetual?

I just got a new Carbon with the goal to extend my existing Ultimate Support plan as it was listed as an option.

When I go to register the license though, that option is grayed out.

Is there something else I need to do or is this a glitch with the system?

Can you please open up a case and let me know what the case number is? We need to look to see what products you have that are or are not eligible for the extension. From there we can figure out the right course of action.

I wanted to follow up because the support people followed up saying it should have worked but they are having the same problem as me.

Now my support contract has lapsed.

2 new S1s and a Carbon and I can't get the license activated.
