High CPU usage after commit or freeze

Mac 10.10.5
PT 12.5.1

Full session with stable CPU usage 128buffer and it's hitting no more than 32% it usually bounces from 26-30%.

After a commit and or a freeze it goes to 60-80% usage. And give me one of these loving thoughtful messages. (See attached)

If i changed the buffer up to 256 it will start up again but with the high CPU usage.

If I shut the session down and PT and start the same session back up....back to normal...CPU usage.

Anyone else seeing this?
