Can't Drag and Drop wavform from transfuser in Pro Tools Edit window

Hi , Forgive me if this is a ridiculous Question
Asus k53s
windows 7
8 gigs ram
intel i7
pro tools 10 with instrument expansion pack.

My problem is trying to get a wavform to drop into the edit window of pro tools from transfuser.
1. opened empty session
2. added stereo instrument tick track
3. Within that i inserted multichannel plugin>instrument>Transfuser
4. Created a beat or whatever
5. Recorded The loop and saved it
6. i can create a new track within transfuser , i can create the wav file on the desktop
AIR user guide says "You can also drag and drop the wavform to pro tool audio track or to the region list for further editing......"
this is where i have the problem
I seen how this works on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4FSdGYoiyk see about half way through (i realise this is a mac)
In the video it creates a new track called the saved file name, when i do the exact same thing, it will drag and drop (cursor indicating it is allowed) but does not create the new track like in the video ??

Help Please ???

If you're on Windows and using "Run As Administrator" for PT, you can't drag-and-drop to the timeline.
