This morning I have downloaded the tech support folder and imported a test file to the program and I received this dialogue:
The operating system held off interrupts for too long. If this occurs frequentley try increasing the h/w buffer size in the playback engine panel. I can't increase the buffer size anymore as it is set to 2048 samples RTAS is set to one processor. DAE buffer is set to level 4 and cache to large. Imported wizard report if this helps. I believe PT will not work with RAID set-ups.

Not only is RAID not compatible, but the processor/chipset combination in your system is not compatible:
