Pitch shift in Pro Tools is an Audiosuite only plugin. You can find it on the Audiosuite menu.

In 7.4 stretch your recorded voice using Elastic Audio with Varispeed. Of course this slows down your voice to. When you get it to the right pitch commit the elastic track (by setting the EA plugin to non). Then you can speed up the audio to the original timing with EA Polyphonic (it will maintain the current pitch) - the result is a lower pitch version of your self.
