Default Does Disabling \'power profiles\' include \'Turn off Monitor Option\'?

When Optimizing home computers for audio I have seen that it is often recomended to "Disable power profiles".

On my computer Under "Power Options Properties" Does Disabling 'power profiles' actually include the 'Turn off Monitor' option?

One morning I shot an elephant in my pajamas... How he got into my pajamas I'll never know.
