Does Disabling 'power profiles' include 'Turn off Monitor Option'?

Does Disabling \'power profiles\' include \'Turn off Monitor Option\'?

When Optimizing home computers for audio I have seen that it is often recomended to "Disable power profiles".

On my computer Under "Power Options Properties" Does Disabling 'power profiles' actually include the 'Turn off Monitor' option?
