Default Eleven Rack Standalone editor

I just bought an Avid 11 rack w/o protools. I have been trying to load the stand alone editor... drivers seam to load ok, but when I start to up-load the editor, it gets half way and stops saying must have the following programs installed. my computer is windows 8.1 with 8 gz memory,64 bit op system. can ANYONE help me before i throw this thru a window??? All updates have been done
