Who uses the LaCie d2 Quadra firewire drives successfully with Pro Tools? And who has heard good or bad about them?

I'm kind of eyeing the 320GB one as my next audio drive (been using the same internal 250GB IDE drive for 4 years or so.)

I've had good luck with a 320GB D2 Triple Threat, I think the Quadra is the same thing with eSATA. There are some problems involving using FW 400 devices and FW 800 devices at the same time with PT

I have had the 500gb for 4 months or so and haven't had a single problem. I'd def. recommend it.

Cool. good to hear. They seem to be priced real good, you can get the 320GB for not much more than $110.
