Default Pro Tools files to Sonic Solutions

I need to master my ProTools mixes at a studio with Sonic Solutions. What file format should I bring my mixes in?

Sonic can import AIFF soundfiles.
The mixes could also be recorded in digitally if you're not fond of file conversion
