Cant find Melodyne plugin Serial Numb

So to use the Melodyne that comes w PT you need to register your product w Avid correct? Then it gives you the code to use w Melodyne...I did all that--and entered any number i can find on any email they gave or all the diff random numbers they give you for diff things and nothing works... ive been on the hysterically stupid avid website(s) for hours tryin to fix this BS. This shouldnt be some hard thing--it should be in bold flashing lights "HERES THE NUMBER YOULL NEED TO USE MELODYNE--THE FREE PLUGIN WE OFFER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
