Default ShoeTool_EstimateMemoryUsage spamming logs

My Pro Tools log file (in ~/Library/Logs/Avid) has one of these every three seconds. Anyone from Avid here listening? Apart from chewing through disk it might actually be a problem...
Code:
1771.059401,00307,0076: ShoeTool_EstimateMemoryUsage - received error 5
Pro Tools 2020.3.0 running on macOS 10.15.4.

For what it's worth, Luke, four months later...

I got the same error in a crashlog today. I was running a session, selected a few seconds of audio, and was previewing it via AudioSuite in the Waves H-Delay plug-in. Session crashed after the audio played back a few times in succession, and this was repeated a bunch of times at the bottom of the crashlog:

Re-opened the session and all is fine thus far...but I've never had that happen before. And I've been running PT 2020.5/Mojave 10.14.6/Waves (latest version) for a while now with no changes.

I'm pretty sure the error is harmless, it has been reported (PT-261010) but it doesn't seem to have been fixed yet...
