no sound coming out through monitors
today when i loaded a session...the session was loaded and playing but nothing was coming out of the monitors. Anything i should check setting wise to see if something changed?

Could you give LESS info? Seriously, not a single clue to a single piece of your setup
 . Its like calling the doctor on the phone and saying, "Doc, it hurts when I do this" Look at your MIX knob(if you have an Mbox with that knob), check the track outputs in your session, check your speakers and cables.....
