Can't get Pro Tools 9 to download!

Anybody else out there having this problem? I've got an 002R and I just shelled out the crossgrade fee but when I get to the download screen, input my iLok id info, Digi 002 serial and hit submit, nothing happens. I KNOW I can't be the only other person out there having this issue. Someone who knows WTF please help me out - thanks!

On the down load manager - there is a link to click if nothing happens - done that?

I'm at the 'Activate & Download Your Product' screen. There is no link for if nothing happens. I submit my info and then and the page refreshes and all the entry lines are blank again...It's as if it doesn't like my Digi 002R serial number, but I've entered everything correctly to the best of my knowledge.

I've had the same problem with mac osx server, and mbox 2 mini.

I think the site is bugged but its impossible to get ahold of avid. Its really fustrating.
