PT 11 bundle - iFLok again....

''Error, missing iLok authorization for "Pro Tools 10". Please insert the necessary iLok and restart Pro Tools.''

Had a ''surrender'' issue which now appear to be solved... But replaced by the message above when I try to launch PT 10 (from the PT 11 bundle).

Ohhhh calvaire... The Groundhog Day is here again. How many years, how many versions.

Yes: I have the new iLok Manager
Yes: I have followed all the steps in the iLok Manager Quick guide
Yes: I see the licenses when I open the iLok Manager

However, only the iLok icon is black. The computer icon remains grey.

Although I get the ''activation succesful'' message, I keep seeing ''0 activation'' under iLok 1 and ''Rob Mac Pro'' in the left pane.

please make sure you have a support case with pace / ilok. Make sure they have as much details as possible to contact you and help your sorted.
