Need simple help. (customer service is nonexistent)

First off sorry if this is not in the right section. And this is my first post here, so be nice.

So I have just been though the run around with the M-Audio and Avid support, been on the phone 2 hours and 58 Minutes, Never once did I ever talk to anyone. All I want to do is buy a right channel for my AV-40s. I have tried to find I dealer but the dealer look up says there none found. (I am in orlando FL. Really? no dealers here?) So I was wondering if anyone could help me find out where to buy right channel AV40, it;s the one without the amp.

I have to say I will probaly never buy Avid or M-audio again with how bad this customer service is, I can't even begin to imagine how bad it would be if I had to RMA something.

Looks like there's at least 12 .... just in Orlando that is ...

m-audio .. micheal warren is a great guy .. ran into him last year ... he was back in LA for a visit ... cheers john
