FilterBank settings not recalling?

I back up all my sessions to DDS3 DAT tape with Mezzo 4.03. Before that I used Mezzo 3.7. When I restore recent sessions all plugin settings are restored correctly, but when I restore older sessions that were backed up with Mezzo 3.7 or older the FilterBank and CompressorBank settings are set to their defaults. Every other plugin in the session has the correct settings. The other thing I should mention is that I'm now using ProTools 5.1.1 where before I was using 5.0.1.

Anyone else seeing this problem? It's driving me crazy - the mix was heavily modified by both plugins and without the proper settings the mix is way off.

I've used systems with newer versions of the McDSP plug-ins... if the sessions were originally saved with an older version on another system, they will only load with the default (no eq).

Not sure if you can install older versions of the plug-ins temporarily to get the settings.
