Default Do I need to buy multiple DV Toolkit licenses?

My boss is considering to buy a set of six 002 Rack for his dubbing studio.
We work doing post production, and using timecode on all the projects.

Does he need to buy 6 DV Toolkit licenses? Can he use the same license card for the other 5 machines?
