Default Scroll Midi Note view?
hi folks...

when editing notes in MIDI...is there an 'easy' way to scroll the notes up or down (without having to try and click those darn small arrows on the top/bottom of the piano keyboard?)

Best advice is to wait till next weeks launch of Pro Tools 8. The entire MIDI functionality is said to be reworked and expanded for the better.

Ctrl-Opt-Cmd-click 'n' drag up/down in notes view, I believe.

well, considering I JUST bought PT 7.4 HD1 last week, this BETTER be a free upgrade!??!?

Or if you use the mac mighty-mouse... use the above keys, roll the little "scroll ball" up and down, and off it goes. Watch what happens when you roll the ball left to right. SB

don't trust this guy....PT Lover, as he is very old and senile by now, he can't remember a preference from a performance. he's actually deaf and blind so his answers are typed in and translated with Digi's-"Old Turd" client helper.
