Default Avid Complete Plugin Bundle with Subscription Not Working.

I have an active Pro Tools subscription, and the Avid site clearly states that:

Get the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle with a Subscription to Avid Pro Tools and Pro Tools | Ultimate

Further reading suggests that the licences should be in my iLok account, which is linked to my avid account, and shows all my active licenses except the Complete Plug In Bundle.

I found the bundle in the Download Centre, but of course when I tried to open Pro Tools, each new plug in asked me to activate, and when it couldn't find the license it naturally didn't open the plug ins, and Pro Tools runs without them.

Does anyone know why the license wouldn't be available in my iLok account? How can I get the licenses for the plug ins I seem to be entitled to?

Running:
Mac Mini M1 16GB ram.
Pro Tools 2021:12

Try refreshing your iLock app. If that doesn’t work reach out to support. It should work. It does for me.

Oh wait - u have an M1. Not sure if that’s compatible!!!

In iLok License Manager, can you see it listed under "View>Available licenses" - or in your Avid Master Account, under "MY ACCOUNT>My Products>Products Not Yet Downloaded"?

If you own a physical iLok, when you do find your license, drag it to your iLok, right-click on your iLok and select "Synchronize", then restart computer>launch Pro Tools

I've got the same issue. My iLock shows that my PT Ultimate subscription renewed but the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle did not.

Is there a fix for this?

CS would need to review your product & account to try and identify the culprit (you can log a support ticket via Access the Support Center in my.avid.com), but I did a manual license sync to get you up and running now. Please reply back if the licenses are not working. Thanks.
