Unwanted Automation?
Sometimes I try to adjust the volume or pan on a track and it snaps back as though locked by automation, even though I have not intentionally set any automation.
Further, when I go to Volume view or Pan view, there are no automation points, but... if I select the entire track and hit delete (deleting nothing) it removes the phantom automation. Why is this happening?
