Default Mbox3 outputs to an external Headphone Amp?

Hi there

Hope this is in the right place to post.

About to get an Mbox or Mbox Mini.

How would I go about hooking up an Mbox Mini to an external headphone amp? Me and my buddy both need phones and the units only have one headphone output.

Would I feed my headphone amp via the Mbox' Mini's headphone output?
or
Would I feed my headphone amp via the Mbox's Mini's monitor outputs?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

W.

I run the main outs of my interface(003) to the inputs of a Presonus Central Station. That has 2 headphone outs on it with separate level knobs, but just fee from there to a 6 channel headphone amp(which would be overkill for 2 of you). I imagine there are some cheaper options(you could even feed the headphone out of the Mbox to a headphone amp).

Thanks Albee

I was thinking of a cheap behringer solution. It's just for tracking jammimg sessions really. Nothing critical.

Thanks again.

Hi sbag

Sorry...I haven't been online for a couple of days. Do you mean a basic Jack splitter 1-2 way (1male-2female) type thing? If so, I've tried these before and they do a dreadful job.

If not, can you link to something you mean?

Thanks sbag
