I'll repost here. Is it just me seeing this?

1 Make group of 4 midi track regions. Make all tracks small. Select group. Group expands to medium track height and some tracks of the group change to velocity view!!! This is random but happens 80% of the time.

2 Selecting a midi region causes that region to jump to the centre of the screen.

3 Selecting a region causes it to change from region to velocity view.

4 Track grouping won't "ungroup"! I make a group of tracks inactive so I can work on one track but the group is still active.
Then make all groups inactive but the group is still active. Then for no reason the group becomes inactive.

My computer is too young to be having acid flashbacks!

After working all day today I can confirm that this behavior is related to grouped regions.
If I group some regions I get all sorts of screen resizing going on. I only have to click on the screen and the grouped region fills the screen. Almost as if I hit E but I didn't.
I thought that perhaps E was assigned to my left click but it isn't.

Only happens with grouped regions.

When you save a session with groups inactive it comes back with them active, it didn't use to be like that did it?

I'm going to keep mentioning this because it's driving me nuts.

Last night I was getting the random "when you click on the screen I'm going to expand all regions" phenomenon.

I trashed all plists and Databases and restarted but it still happens.

Definitely graphic based problems. I had another one last night where my plug in window disappeared completely. No plugs would open!!!
Took me 20 mins to discover that they were open but off the screen. I could just see the top of one at the very bottom limit of the screen. No way I put it there but there it was.

Strange days indeed! Most peculiar momma!

Hi Phil,

I'm sure you checked this but in case you didn't, you know that now when you have zoom toggle on and you switch tracks then they will zoom also. It's under "Auto Toggle when changing selection" in what's new in 7.3.

I seem to be missing Reason Adapted in my plug-in list after installing PT7.3
I then re-installed Reason, still nothing, then did the usual trash Pro Tools preferences etc. as per the sticky post here on the DUC and still nothing.

Two minor issues here.

1.- RE: Control 24.
- When placing a track in record ready the usual blinking red light on the C24's record button does not occur but the on-screen representation is correct. Therefore, when looking at the C24 it appears as though the track is not in record ready.
When the C24's record button is depressed it does go into record and the button does reflect that by showing the steady red light.

2.- When launching PT from an exisiting session it typically opens up automatically with a single dbl-clk. However, it now launches as if I were launching from the original PT application and then requires an additional dbl-clk to open the desired session.
