Digital noise only on a 24-bit 44.1 kHz session!!
Hi
i am facing a wierd problem at a studio. Digi001 on Win '98 SE with O2R is giving a digital glitch, only on a 24-bit / 44.1kHz Tried diff cables, different cards and even a different mixer...initialised and re-installed oS and PT. The O2R is set to internal and the LE is set to Optical. The wierd thing is that it is fine at 16 bit. Any ideas? |

Maybe a rerally dumb question, but is the O2R capable of 24 bit?

The O2R is not happy at 24bit, the revision 2 is a little better, but unless you get the 24/96 specific version you are better off sticking to 16bits.
