Follow my instructions for reinstalling PT LE 5.1 and updating to PT LE 5.1.1 here.

-In addition, remove all OMS files from the system before reinstalling from the PT LE 5.1 CD-ROM:
from Hard Drive:
-------Opcode folder
from System folder:
-------OMS Folder
from Control Panels folder:
-------OMS Preferred Device
from Extensions folder:
-------Open Music System
-------USB OMS MIDI Driver
