Is there a converter for optical to SPDIF?

Bought a Fostex digital patch bay but it only has 3 SPDIF connections and lots of optical ones. My problem is that more of my gear has SPDIF than optical. Anyone know of a digital converter out there that will turn SPDIF into optical?

Actually, many devices have the S/PDIF protocol running on optical. It can either be optical or coax. I've used the same fiber cables for both S/PDIF and for ADAT lightpipe.

I'm sure there are others, but Midiman makes a simple coax to f/o converter called the CO2.

i have the c02. it performs flawlessly. i use it to transfer to/from my optical minidisc.

BTW, its full duplex.
