Default 2022.5 Sticky Mouse

Hey all,

Curious if anyone else has a sticky mouse GUI problem?

I'm experiencing a tiny annoyance that's slowing down my editing speed where if I click a clip or make a selection the GUI sometimes doesn't register that I've released the button and the asset will stay clicked, then when I go to move somewhere else the selection will move with me, the only way out of it is to click and hit undo.

Not a ballbreaker, but it's slowing me down.

I'm using a Logitech G502 mouse, I'm wondering if it's the mouse software or if it's a PT problem although, I haven't experienced it anywhere outside of Pro Tools

I'm on an Logitech MX master mouse. No problems at all.
Are you on the wireless or the wired version of that mouse (there are 3 versions so hard to tell from just G502.) If you are on the wireless, move you receiver and see if that helps.

I think I am having this issue.

It's hard to detect. But if I scroll up a bunch of tracks and then fly off elsewhere to start editing, sometimes it scrolls back down like I'm still holding the mouse. I kind of have to let go, wait, then move off.

My mouse is a wired 3M ergonomic EM500GPL.

Could be a sticky button. But it's interesting that you mention it too. I've only just started having it.
